• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, organization, role, preferred meeting times and the content of your message when you use our forms, email or text us.
• SMS consent records: if you opt in to text messages, we keep a record of your consent (date, time, phone number and the opt-in wording).
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

No health information

This site is not for patient care. Please do not send personal health information through our forms, email or text messages. If you do, we will delete it where possible and will not use it.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold meetings, provide and follow up on consulting services, send text messages you have agreed to receive, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations.

Text messaging (SMS) privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our messaging platform) that send messages on our behalf. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example web hosting, email delivery and messaging providers) under confidentiality obligations, when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights; we will honor applicable requests.

Children

This site is intended for professionals and organizations and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
